Here we will tell you how to make a Photoshop-rotating-moving-text-animation-effect in photoshop.
[1] Take a new file of 700 pixels, 200 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Now take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a shape make the new layer and fill with Black color
[3] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[4] Your image should be look like this.
[5] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a shape make the new layer and fill with Black color.
[6] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[7] Your image should be look like this.
[8] Create another Shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool, make the new layer and fill with Black color.
[9] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[10] Your image should be look like this.
[11] Take the Text Tool create your text as shown image below.
[12] Create more text would you like.
[13] Your Layer Pallete something look like this.
[14] Your image look like this.
[15] Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M.
[16] Now Hide the following Layers as shown image below.
[17] Your image should be look like this.
[18] Now Duplicate Frame with the help of click on following button which is indicating by Hand sign & Hide the following Layers.
[19] Now Duplicate Frame with the help of click on following button which is indicating by Hand sign & Hide the following Layers.
[20] Repeat Step 19 to each layers your Animation Windown should be look liket this.
[21] Your image should be look like this.
[22] And now select this Frame anc click this button, Tweens Animation Frame use these settings.
[23] Your your Animation Windown should be look liket this.
[24] Now play the animation with the help of CLick on following Green Button which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below.
[25] Now go to FILE>SAVE OPTIMIZED AS. finally, all settings have been completed & Your image will be look as shown below.
