Here we will tell you how to make a Photoshop-flower-glowing-animation-effect in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now fill the Background with Black color, then take the Shape Tool and select this one.

[3] Create a shape, make the new layer and fill the shape with this color coding #ad2323.

[4] Go to Blending Mode use these settings.

[5] Your image will be look like this.

[6] Make the copy of the shape layer.

[7] Now press Cntl+T, Transform Selection to Rotate your shape as shown image below.

[8] Make the more copies of the shape layer and Rotate your shape layers.

[9] Create a shape, make the new layer and fill the shape with this color coding #ad2323.

[10] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[11] Your image should be look like this.

[12] Make the 3 copy of previous shape layer now press Cntl+T, Transform Selection to Rotate your shape as shown fig below.

[13] Now go to Image Ready.

[14] Now GO to WINDOW>ANIMATION & then create the 4 Duplicate Frame with the help of 4 times click on following button which
is indicating by Hand sign.

[15] Now select Frame 1 & Hide the following Layers.

[16] Now select Frame2 & Hide the following Layers

[17] Reapeat step 15 to all 3 layer.

[18] Now select this Frame & Hide the following Layers.

[19] Repeat step 18 to each layers, your image should be look like this.

[20] Now select this 2 Frame as shown image below.

[21] Then click the Tweens Animation Frames use these settings.

[22] Your Animation Window should be look like this.

[23] Now play the animation with the help of CLick on following Green Button which is indicatin by Hand sign as shown below.

[24] Now go to FILE>SAVE OPTIMIZED AS. finally, all settings have been completed & Your image will be look as shown below.
