Here we will tell you how to make a Cloudy-fog-text-effect in photoshop.
[1] Take a new file of 300 pixels, 300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Take the Text Tool use these settings.
[3] Now create your text.
[4] Go to Select<Load Selection, to create a selection like this.
[5] Then set the Background and Foreground Color.
[6] Go to Select>Feather Selection use these values.
[7] Then go to Filter>Render>Clouds.
[8] Your imag should be as shown below.
