Here we will tell you how to make a Soap bubble soaked text effect in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Fill the background with a Gradient Tool. Take the Text Tool create your text.

[3] Take the Lasso Tool.

[4] Then draw your selections on top of your one of your letter.

[5] Switch to your Channels pallette, then create a new, Channel.

[6] Fill in the selection with white Color.

[7] Then go to Filter>Blur>Guassian Blur use these values.

[8] Now go to Image>Adjustments>Levels.

[9] Switch back to your layer’s pallette create a new layer Go to Select>Load Selection, in the load selection pannel select Alpha 1.
