Here we will tell you how to make a Photoshop text animation techniquetips in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels, 300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now fill the Background with Black color, then take the Text Tool use these settings, download this font http://cooltext.com/Fonts-O

[3] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
