Here we will tell you how to make a photoshop technique winter snowfall scene in photoshop.

[1] Finding a good image like this.

[2] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a shape like this.

[3] Inverse your selection (ctrl+shift+i) and press ‘q’ to apply the quick mask.

[4] Go to Filter > Pixelate > Fragment.

[5] Apply the same filter 5 times by pressing ‘ctrl +f’ 4 times.

[6] Press ‘q’ to turn the quick mask into selection, and delete the selection. You should get something like this.

[7] Now create a new layer and drag the layer to your image layer, and fill with White color.

[8] Then go to Blending Option select the Stroke Structure use these settings.
