Here we will tell you how to make a Download meter photoshop animation tutorial in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 200 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool use these settings.

[3] Make the new layer, create a shape and fill with Light Gray Color.

[4] Create a new shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool, make the new layer and fill with Green Color.

[5] Make the more copies of the previous shape layer.

[6] Take the Text Tool write your text.
