Here we will tell you how to make a Image-rotation-animation-technique in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Take the Brush Tool, I have download the Brush for this link http://getbrushes.com/brushes/brush-authors/fixedys/

[3] Now create a new layer and Play with your Brush Tool.

[4] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[5] Your image should be look like this.

[6] Now make the copy of the Layer 1.

[7] Then Press Cntl+T, Transform selection to Rotate your shape like this.

[8] Now make the more copies and rotate your shape your image should be look like this.

[9] Go to Window>Animation.

[10] Then Hide the layers do to Hide the Background layer and Layer 1 see in the next image.

[11] Now Click on this icon Indication a Hand Sing, Duplicates Selected Frames.

[12] Then Hide the layer 1 and unhidden the Layer 1 copy, see in the next image.

[13] Duplicates Selected Frames, Use the same think next layer.

[14] Use the same think all layers, Your Frames should be look like this.

[15] Then Play Animation, click on this icon.

[16] Go to File>Save for Web & Devices.
