Here we will teach you how to make a text in cloud Effect using photoshop.
This text appears to be in cloud or you may say Text in freezing cold.

[1] Firstly I have taken a new file of height = 300 pixels, width = 600 pixels and resoulation of 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Fill the new document with colour black.

[3] Go to Filter>Render>Clouds.

[4] Now take the Text Toolwind-effect5.jpg and create a text.

[5] Then Cntl+Click the text layer load a selection.

[6] Now hide the text layer indication with hand as shown fig below.

[7] Now go to Select>Modify>Smoth Selection use these settings.

[8] Choose the color coding which I have used # 30A5A1 for the text.

[9] Now create a new layer.

[11] Then go to Filter>Render>Clouds.

[13] Go to the Layer>Flatten Image, discard hidden layer then click ok.

[14] Now go to Filter>Stylize>Wind apply the following settings.

[15] Then do it 10 time. Your text should now look like this.

[16] And now go to Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation use these settings.

[18] Now go to Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast apply the following settings.
