It is now possible to capture the information about pencil or pen stroke patterns and some other elements that are unique in the style of every artist. This data is usually collected by using the high resolution images (digital). This data is called the artist’s aesthetic signature and is unique like the finger prints. This signature is then used to check the different images or different parts of the same images for consistencies or inconsistencies. This can tell whether a piece of work was developed by the same person who is claiming the ownership or not.
In the same way the unique style code for every author can be calculated by processing his writings. This code is usually calculated by looking at different aspects in any writing, like choice of words, phrasing and other styles that are unique for every writer.
These techniques were applied on various artworks to find their real creators and the results were the great as expected. This work was done by the FARID (a PHD student) and DANIEL (a Mathematics professor). They have developed a computer based tool that can do this amazing job.
